Experience
2 years of experience in core recruitment Experience in a consultancy agency would be a plus point
Responsibilities
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
(Candidate should have experience on C-level Position & Technical, Non-Technical Recruitment)
- Prepare JDs for newly created positions in consultation with concerned Head of Departments
- Preparing job advertisements and placing them on relevant sources.
- Screening and Short-listing candidates.
Educational Qualification
BBA/MBA in HRM
Job Timing
09 am to 06 pm (Monday - Friday)
