Responsibilities
• Performance Management Systems: Developing, implementing, and maintaining performance management systems to track and evaluate employee performance. This may involve setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
• Performance Evaluation: Designing and administering performance evaluation processes, such as performance appraisals or 360-degree feedback assessments. You would analyze the results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Training and Development: Collaborating with managers to identify training needs and designing appropriate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. You might also organize workshops or seminars on performance-related topics.
• Employee Engagement: Promoting a culture of employee engagement and motivation by implementing initiatives such as recognition programs, rewards systems, or employee surveys. You would monitor employee satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
• Policies and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to performance management. You would review and update policies as needed and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Maintaining employee performance records, including performance evaluations, improvement plans, and training records.
• Keeping track of performance-related metrics and data.
• Organizing and securely storing performance-related documents in accordance with privacy and data protection regulations.
• Generating reports and summaries to communicate performance-related information to managers, executives, or HR teams.
Requirements
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in human resources, a related field is typically required. Additional certifications in performance management or human resource management would be beneficial. 1 year of experience is required.
