    Zong 4G looking Key Account Manager for its Gov. and corporate sales north 

    Job Purpose:
  • To retain, service & grow large & SME accounts
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Achievement of assigned regional sales & service targets
    • Coordination with regional & HQ teams for proposals, contracts, business cases & customer complaints
    • Responsible for providing monthly invoices to the tagged portfolio & billing collection Management
    • New Business Development
    • Customer Retention/Churn

    Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
    Education:
  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or any other relevant domain
    Work Experience:
  • Minimum 03-05 years of experience in an Key Account Management position in Cellular, Banking & FMCG industry
  • Proven track record in a sales environment
    Skills - Generic:
  • Innovative & proactive

  • Excellent communications skill
  • Good written communication skills, must be able to write professional emails for internal & external customers
