Intermediate / Bachelors
Salary
25,000 per Month.

6 Months (Contractual Position)
Experience Required
1 – 2 Years in Customer Service.

Requirements:
Duties/Responsibilities
- Co product in order to provide the most accurate responses to customers.
- Provide exceptional service as you respond to questions.
- Respond to customers in expected timely manner and can manage multiple chat at a time.
- Handle problems of the customer and provide resolution as per the SOP.
- Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in short turnaround time.
- Should be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
