Looking for HR executive to oversee HR operations, who is also responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR activities and operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
*Maintain and track attendance on a regular basis.
*Report to HR Manager about the day-to-day operations.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files.
*Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
*Plan Employee Engagement activities time to time.
*Create JDS according to the requirements by the HR Manager.
