Human Resource Officer (URGENT HIRING)
Job Purpose
The HR Officer is responsible for assisting human resource operations including R&S, HR reporting, costs control, legal compliance and in HR budgeting and planning along with performance management.
Role and Responsibilities
· To assist Manager HR in implementing Change Management strategies, processes and interventions.
· To assist in development of policies and procedures related to R&S, HR operations, performance management and also improve / review the same in an ongoing basis.
· To assist in carrying out various HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Administration & Operations etc.
· To assist in maintaining of updated HR records including personal files, HRMIS and other necessary records.
· To supervise HR Department teams in various HR projects, presentations and monthly data analysis.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Masters in HRM / MBA (HR) OR Equivalent.
Experience
· Minimum 04 years’ experience in the relevant field in a medium to large sized organization.
