The Foundation is engaged in diversified industrial, commercial and developmental activities through its four pillars namely Bahria Education & Training Services (BEATS), Maritime Works Organization (MWO), Commercial Businesses (CB) and Bahria Estates (BE). All four pillars fall under Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of each pillar. Alongside, Bahria Foundation operates in various regions Pan Pakistan



Bahria Foundation is currently looking for HR Executive based in Karachi.

Responsibilities:
o  Involved in recruitment (technical and non-technical) by preparing job descriptions, Headhunting, posting ads on job portals and managing the hiring process Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
o  Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
o  Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to management regarding of suitable applicants and drafting email.
o  Must be able to offer letters and appointment letters.
o  Responsible for onboarding of employees and brief them about company’s details.
o  Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
o  Must be able to make professional presentations for management
o  Assist in Training Needs assessment and coordinating with training institutes regarding training proposal. Responsible maintaining training calendar, arranging training and maintaining feedback and record of training.
o  Must have knowledge of policy making and implementation.
o  Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Requirements:
-Education: Masters / Bachelors in Human Resource Management from reputable university.
-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
-Proficient in MS office

Working Timings:
-Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

-Working Days:
 Monday to Friday
