Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management Or related field (Master's preferable).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an educational setting.
- Minimum 5 years of current and relevant experience as a Human Resources Manager
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE Labour Laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
