Responsibilities:

- Execute recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires

- Conduct performance management and deliver constructive feedback

- Oversee payroll and benefits administration for employees

- Implement new medical insurance process

- Leading a team on 3 Specialists

- Oversee all HR functions

Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of Experience as HR Specialist

- Demonstrated expertise in training both managers and employees

- Proven proficiency in recruiting and a track record of improving talent acquisition strategies

- Excellent written & spoken English level
