Human Resource Executive (Female)
Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle and onboarding process.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Administer performance evaluations and development programs.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure policy compliance, and handle payroll.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR principles, regulations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
- HR certification (preferred).
